My Second Blog Post

Weight training and aerobic exercise, along with proper nutrition are essential to living a happy, healthy, and active lifestyle.  While coaching football and powerlifting here at The Oakridge School, I'm trying to convey to my student athletes, that nutrition, just as much as training, has a great impact on how successful they are on and off the field.

Getting Started.....

My first blog post to get things up and running.....looks like everything works correctly.  Stay tuned for updates, I'll have more and more as the school year gets going and talk about what we are doing at The Oakridge School to use technology and innovation to help students achieve new levels of success in the classroom.
